Is it possilbe for me to farm on a monk with only haveing factions?

sure, the standard 55 monk can solo the jade brotherhood, probably the vermin outside Senji's Corner, the Luxon assassins on Boreas Seabed <-- a particularly good one.
EDIT: Just thought, not sure of which build you could actually use, having only factions. |
